After being stuck in the plane for three hours at the terminal because of Deltas mistakes (not having the plane fueled, de-iced, and not even having water for the sinks) this happened. All guy wanted was a bottle of water, as he was very thirsty and didn't want to have to get up and request a cup of water every time *cough middle seat problems*.
